Goals/Plans/Aims for the Wipe:
At first his goal is find a cure for the poison that had been put into his body by a Hollow he fought as a normal soul and managed to kill. As the wipe progresses he will finally achieve a symbiotic relationship with the poison becoming a Vizord. He finds he can infect others as well, but wishes to remain a Shinigami and fight for what he believes in and the defend the helpless as he did before. His relationship with SS and his goals may change as rp develops and time continues.
Motivation:
Forever driven to find the cure and protect others from himself and other threats he wishes nothing more then to be the defender he believes Soul Society should be. He would even seek the peace of his own kind depending on how many exist and relationship with SS etc.
Visored:
Can be formed with people with strong IC relationships and friendships with Pheonix, people he spent a lot of time around. He could also directly affect them later, taking in how well they rp and if they have a IC 'potential to be infected as a Vizored.

This is a progressive character and plot that changes much depending on the rp that surrounds him and the Soul Society as well as the other factions in the world.
